Opportunities
Founding Patrons
Founding patrons are our most valuable supporters. They endow Harmonic Humanity
(HH), a fiscally-sponsored 501©(3) educational non-profit with a minimum of $250,000
of critical start-up capital. The recognition they receive will become a lifelong legacy.
They may be acknowledged for their contribution in a variety of ways including the
following:
- Founding patrons receive a “first look” opportunity for all CDs and films developed by Harmonic Humanity;
- The Harmonic Humanity annual symposia for CD releases and film premieres will bear the name of the first two founding patrons;
- Their names will be on the HH website and where appropriate, on HH letterhead, brochures and other promotional materials generated by HH;
- They will receive recognition on certain projects and/or programs that are developed by HH;
- They will receive VIP invitations to events developed and produced by HH;
- Special awards and/or scholarship programs may bear their names;
- Where appropriate, press releases, media alerts and press conferences will be generated in their honor;
- All founding patrons will be honored at an annual benefactor event that recognizes their contribution to the organization and provides them with an opportunity to witness the growth and expansion of HH;
- Their names will be placed on a plaque, brick or other such memorial at the national headquarters of HH.
Special Friends
Special friends are supporters who endow HH with a contribution of $25,000 or more.
Special friends will be recognized for their contribution in a variety of ways including:
- Special friends will be recognized on the HH website and other appropriate promotional materials;
- They will receive VIP invitations to conferences and events produced by HH;
- They will receive recognition on certain projects and/or programs that are developed by the HH;
- Where appropriate, press releases, media alerts and press conferences will be generated in their honor;
- They will be given opportunities to review and/or participate in CDs/films developed by HH, before they are made available to the community at large.
Corporate Sponsors
Corporate sponsors who commit to a minimum of $25,000 per year for three consecutive
years will be acknowledged on certain projects and/or programs that are developed by
HH. Their names will appear on the HH website and where appropriate, on HH
letterhead and promotional materials. They will also be recognized at HH events as
sustaining sponsors.
Joseph Jacques will present their contributions at an annual workshop
or a keynote address in honor of sponsors who give $25,000 per year or more. These
organizations may also receive special recognition such as scholarships, awards
programs or property named in their honor.
Trailblazer Contributors
These are individuals or organizations that will make a three-year pledge at a minimum
of $1,000 annually. They will be recognized on the Harmonic Humanity website and wherever
appropriate on collateral materials.
Challenge Grants
Challenge grants (also known as matching grants) are a powerful incentive to encourage
donations. They can be large or small, however a minimum of $1,000 is desirable.
Corporate sponsors and the Harmonic Humanity community members will learn about
these grants and will be encouraged to make a donation during the challenge grant
period. Challenge grants in the amount of $250,000 or more will entitle the sponsor to
lifetime founding patron recognition. Smaller grants will be recognized in accordance
with the level of contribution in the manner set forth above.
Empowering Homeless Street Vendors
With a contribution of $10,000, Harmonic Humanity can produce enough CDs to
distribute 1,000 CDs to five Street Papers in five different cities — which translates into
$40,000 for the homeless, disabled and poor, $5,000 for the Street Papers to help them
monitor Harmonic Humanity’s Music Employment Program and $5,000 back to
Harmonic Humanity to be able to produce another 5,000 CDs. Your logo will be on all
5,000 CDs distributed in the five different cities and will be on all restocked and reprinted
CDs going forward. It is the corporate gift that keeps on giving.
Transportation Sponsors
Airlines and car rental companies who provide transportation to premieres, festivals and
events will receive sponsorship recognition on all event-related promotional materials
and on the HH website, commensurate with the value of the contribution. Companies
that commit to a three-year contract at a predetermined value can become the “official”
carrier or car rental company for Harmonic Humanity.
Accommodation Sponsors
Hotels, resorts and lodging providers who donate space for events will receive
sponsorship recognition on all event-related promotional materials and on the HH
website, commensurate with the value of the contribution. Companies that commit to a
three-year contract at a predetermined value can become the “official” hotel or resort for
Harmonic Humanity.
